Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.

Return Conditions

Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with all tags and protective stickers intact, and must not affect secondary sales.
Customers must provide an unboxing video as evidence of delivery issues.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item is defective or not as described on our website, you can return the item for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.
Grade A watches are eligible for refunds only if they are defective. Please note that slight differences in appearance and feel between Grade A watches and authentic watches are expected and acceptable.
For refunds on Super Clone grade products that were not found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, a $99 restocking fee will be charged.

Non-Delivery

If your order does not arrive at the specified address, you can request a refund. If the courier cannot locate the provided address, the buyer should contact the courier company; otherwise, a refund will not be possible.
Once the estimated or actual delivery/pick-up date has passed, the buyer should report the item as not received or uncollected within 30 days, providing written documentation to the designated contact, including proof of customs seizure if applicable.

Return Process

Contact customer service within 30 calendar days of the delivery date to request a return.
You must use a courier service with a tracking number to return any items and bear the shipping costs. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the return shipping costs from the refund.
